摘要
以无刷电动机为驱动电机的电动自行车控制系统以89c2051单片机为控制电路,单片机采集比较电平及电机霍尔反馈信号,通过软件编程PWM信号输出三相六路控制无刷直流电动机,其中LM324还实现过流欠压保护。分析了控制器电路中的DC/DC变换器工作原理,给出了该电路的仿真波形。
This article introduces brushless motor as the drive motor of electrically operated bicycle control system. This system is taking the 89c2051 single chip processor circuit as the core control circuit, and by the Hall crank through the LM324 comparison level, the single chip processor circuit gathering comparison level and the electrical machinery Hall feedback signal, programs the PWM signal out-put three-phase six groups controls through the software to brushless motor, LM324 can also achieve overcurrent and undervoltage protection. This article has also analyzed in controller electric circuit DC/DC converter principle of work and has produced this electric circuit simulation profile.
