摘要
电站锅炉应用热管空气预热器能够比较有效地解决光管预热器的低温腐蚀、漏风和堵灰等严重现象,但在光管预热器改热管预热器过程中,由于选型、设计不当,效果差强人意。文章通过我厂改造实例,较全面的介绍了在改造选型决策过程中所涉及的问题,以及如何经济科学地解决问题的方法。
The power plant boiler can solve the fluorescent tube pre - heater low temperature using the heat pipe air pre - heater to correde, to leak out quite effectively and stops up the ash seriously and so on presently . But changes in the heat pipe pre - heater process in the fluorescent tube pre- heater, because the shaping, designs improper, effect barely satisfactory. This article through my factory transformation example, the comprehensive introduction the question which involved in the transformation shaping decision- making process, as well as how the economic science solved the question method.
