摘要
为探讨复方太子参颗粒对失神经支配骨骼肌萎缩的影响,用切断SD大鼠右侧胫神经的方法建立失神经支配骨骼肌萎缩的动物模型。将造模后的SD大鼠随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组每天每只大鼠以含复方太子参颗粒1g的生理盐水溶液3ml灌胃;对照组每天每只大鼠以生理盐水3ml灌胃。于术后2、4、6周取大鼠腓肠肌,称量肌湿重,测定肌肉蛋白质。结果术后大鼠腓肠肌明显萎缩,腓肠肌湿重进行性下降,实验组肌湿重显著大于对照组。失神经支配后,骨骼肌总蛋白含量逐渐减少,实验组肌肉总蛋白含量显著大于对照组。表明复方太子参颗粒可以延缓失神经支配骨骼肌的萎缩,其可能机制是抑制失神经支配后肌肉蛋白质的分解;周围神经损伤后,周围神经的手术修复越早,术后功能恢复越好。
In order to study the effect of “FUFANG TAIZISHEN KELI”(TZS, TCD granula for treating muscle atrophy )on denervated muscle atrophy of rat, SD rat-models made by cutting off the right tibial nerve were randomly divided into the treated and control groups, which were treated by TZS solution (1g/3ml) and by physiological saline(3ml), respectively; green-weight and muscle protein of gastrocnemius in 2, 4, 6 weeks after operation were measured respectively and compared. The results showed that gastrocnemius of both two groups were progressive atrophy, but the green-weight and muscle protein of treated group in 2, 4, 6 weeks were all apparently higher than those of control group (P<0.05), suggesting that the TZS has a good function to wait denervated muscle atrophy of rat and inhibiting proteolysis is viewed as the possible mechanism, so peripheral nerve should be restored as soon as possible after injured.
