摘要
研究了SolidWorks环境下弧焊机器人的虚拟示教技术。利用SolidWorks对焊接机器人实体建模,应用Visual C++开发了弧焊机器人虚拟示教系统的主要模块和基本框架。该系统能够为用户提供具有良好临场感的三维虚拟环境,有利于弧焊机器人在生产实际中的应用和推广。
Virtual demonstration for welding robot in virtual environment base on SolidWorks is studied in this paper. The 3D model of the welding robot is buih by SolidWorks, and the primary module and basic framework of the welding robot virtual teaching system is founded bv Visual C++. The system provides the user a better telepresence of true 313 virtual environment. It will promote the application of the robot technology in practical using.
