After the research of high speed cutting＇s present condition and characteristics and comparison with traditional NC Programming, the article puts forward the new strategy of the NC machining programming and empolders high capability system of the NC Programming and promotes and arouses the development of the NC Programming technique about high speed cutting. It plays an important part in raising the efficiency and quality of the Program, and it shortens the time of the machining and debugging and reduces the error rate of the Program.
