摘要
文中通过对高速切削现状和特点的研究,与传统的数控编程相比较,提出了新的数控加工编程策略,开发了高性能数控编程系统,促进和带动了高速切削数控编程技术的发展,对提高编程效率和编程质量,缩短加工调试时间,减少程序出错率等具有重要意义。
After the research of high speed cutting's present condition and characteristics and comparison with traditional NC Programming, the article puts forward the new strategy of the NC machining programming and empolders high capability system of the NC Programming and promotes and arouses the development of the NC Programming technique about high speed cutting. It plays an important part in raising the efficiency and quality of the Program, and it shortens the time of the machining and debugging and reduces the error rate of the Program.
