摘要 目的通过分析2006年度我院门诊妇产科及皮肤科1006泌尿生殖道分泌物支原体(Mycoplasma)感染及耐药性变迁情况,为临床提供最新的流行病学资料及用药指导。方法采用支原体培养、药敏一体化方法检测我院妇科、皮肤科送检的泌尿生殖道分泌物,分析就诊患者的性别、年龄等临床资料以及支原体培养药敏实验结果。结果2006年疑似非淋菌性尿道炎(non-gonococcal urethritis,NGU,女性为宫颈炎)患者2001例,支原体阳性率为50.3%,其中解脲脲原体(Ureaplasma urealyticum,Uu)、人型支原体(Macoplasma hominics,Mh)、混合型(Mh+Uu)分别占总阳性的87.4%、1.5%、11.1%。支原体阳性患者以20-40岁青壮年为主,女性患者多于男性。2006年度Uu对四环素类药物的敏感性高,对大环内酯类次之,对喹诺酮类耐药性最为严重。整体上看混合型感染、单纯Mh感染者耐药性较Uu单纯感染者严重。结论支原体感染已成为非淋球菌性泌尿生殖系统炎症的主要病原体之一,且耐药性十分严重,临床治疗中合理用药以减少耐药菌株产生是当务之急。 Objective To acquire the information about Mycoplasma infection in genitourinary tract and the resistance for reasonable application of antibiotics clinically. Methods A retrospective survey of Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) and Macoplasma honminics (Mh) infection in genitourinary tract was conducted on target outpatients in department of gynecology and dermatology in 2006. Resuits Among 2001 cases of urethritis, Mycoplasma positive were 1006 casas( 50.3 % ). The result of susceptibility showed that the resistant was 4.6% -43.6%. The highest resistant rate was Quinolones and the lowest resistant was new generation tetracyeline. Uu is the main pathogen of urethr/tis(87.4%), oxycyccline and minocyclineshould be the first choice to Uu, next clarithromycin and jo6amycin. Condusion Mycoplasma (especially Uu) was the main pathogen of NGU.It's urgent to strengthen reasonable use of drug for avoiding the produce of drug-resistance mycoplasma individual.
