摘要
依据ISO13584标准开发了浪形保持架的一个中性程序,同时开发了数据接口(编译器),在具体的CAD平台UG上,把中性程序转化为UG可以识别的GRIP程序,并实现与已有标准件库的连接。针对浪形保持架这种较复杂零件,在实现实体模型的过程中,采用了先拆分,后合并的算法,实现了程序的简单化和高可靠性。
A neutral program for generating the geometric form of ribbon cage and a data interface (compiler) are developed according to ISO13584 criterion. When running on UG CAD system, the neutral program is transformed into GRIP program,realizing its linking with the existing standard parts library. About the complicated part of ribbon cage, effect the easy and dependability procedure, using the algorithm of severing and merging in the process of effecting the solid model.
