摘要
基于可见—近红外反射光谱计算透明基底上单层纳米薄膜光学常数的基因算法(GA),可以用整体的最小量快速而准确地找到根,而不过分依赖于初始条件。
Genetic algotithm (GA) is proposed for the calculation of the optical constants of a thin layer upon a thick finite transparent substrate only from the reflection spectrum into the visible and near infrared regions, A particular interest of this method is that it finds the roots fast and very accurately using global minimum.
