摘要
学习动机具有激励功能、定向功能、强化功能。小学教师职后学习动机具有内在性、实用性、多样性和深刻性四个显著特征。要激活小学教师职后学习的动机,应强化其学习信心;创设成功的学习情景,让小学教师获得成功体验;注重小学教师的学习实际;适时运用动机迁移;及时反馈学习效果;采取多样化的职后学习形式。
Study motivation has inspiriting function, directional function and intensifying function. Study motivation for primary teachers in post- employment concludes four marked features such as internality, practicability, diversity and profundity. In order to activate their motivation, this paper points out certain approaches: intensifying their confidence in study; creating the successful situation of study for them to acquire successful experience; stressing their practical condition of study; exerting motivational transfer at proper time; feedbacking the effect of study in time and adopting diversified forms of study in post - employment.
