摘要
一例气力输送系统落料器主轴的非正常疲劳断裂,校核主轴的强度表明,产品安全系数设计偏小是造成主轴疲劳断裂的主要原因,通过改进主轴的材料和热处理、轴承定位方式以及表面加工质量,安全系数从0.97有效增大为2.53,改进后使用效果良好.
Low safe coefficient in product design was proved the main reason of abnormal fatigue rupture of principal axis of a pneumatic feeder in pneumatic conveying system through checking the intensity of principal axis. The principal axis was improved when the safety coefficient was increased from 2. 53 to 0. 97 by changing orientation mode of the axletrees, materials of principal axis, heat treatment, and the quality of surface processing.
