益母草注射液缩宫止血疗效初步观察

Primary effects of motherwort injection on uterine contraction and hemostasis.

目的探讨益母草注射液在剖宫产术中、术后的缩宫止血作用。方法选择2005年4月至5月四川省(主要位于成都市)内4所医院孕龄为28周以上,将行剖宫产的孕妇共计404例,将其随机分为益母草治疗组(321例)和缩宫素治疗组(83例),剖宫产术中、术后,分别给予益母草注射液和催产素治疗。观察两组术中出血量、术后阴道流血量、子宫复旧情况和不良反应等。结果益母草治疗组术中出血量、2h累计出血量和24h累计出血量多于缩宫素组(P<0.05);但两组产后出血发生率、术后至2h流血量、2h～24h流血量、24h～48h流血量、72h～96h流血量和宫高比较,差异无明显意义;两组术后发生肝、肾功能异常比较,差异无显著意义。两组均无明显不良反应发生。结论益母草注射液用于剖宫产术中、术后有缩宫止血的作用。

Objective To evaluate the primary effects of Motherwort injection on the uterine contraction and hemostasis. Methods 404 women at the gestational age of more than 28 weeks from 4 hospitals who received the cesarean section were divided randomly into Motherwort group （321 cases） and oxytocin group （83 cases）. The Motherwort group were injected Motherwort into myometrium during the cesarean section and intramuscularly injected till the 96 hours after delivery, whereas oxytocin group had the same administration as the Motherwort group but with oxytocin instead of Motherwort, Amount of bleeding during the operation, postoperative vaginal hemorrhage, involution of uterus and safety were observed. Results Amount of bleeding during the operation, total amount of postoperative vaginal hemorrhage at 2h and 24h in Motherwort group were significantly more than in oxytocin group （P〈0. 05）. There were no differences in the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, the adverse effects involving liver and kidney, the amount of postoperative vaginal bleeding from 2 h to 24 h, 24 h to 48 h as well as 72 h to 96 h between the two groups. Conclusions The administration of Motherwort injection may have the effect on the uterine contraction and hemostasis during cesarean section and alter operation.
