TiO_2聚合物基体杂化热释电材料的制备与性能研究

摘要 采用sol-gel方法制备了以改性直接大红4B偶氮染料为生色团,以钛酸正丁酯(TBOT)为无机前驱体的有机/无机杂化聚合物热释电材料。利用红外、紫外、差热分析、原子力等表征手段对该杂化材料进行了分析。结果表明,所制备的杂化材料取向稳定性好,且热释电性能在室温下较好,系数高达1.98×10-6C/cm2K。 In this paper the TBOT (tetrabutyl orthotitanate) was used as the inorganic precursor and modified congo red as the organic molecules. The organic/inorganic compound pyroelectric materials were prepared via the sol-gel process. The characterization of the hybrid materials and films was carried out, including the infrared, ultraviolet, thermal TGA-DTA, surface properties and the pyroelectric properties ,etc. The result shows that the TiO2 hybrid films posses no phase separation, high thermal stability and time stability, and good pyroelectric property.
