摘要
本文从我国高等教育的发展历程、质量与数量之关系、影响质量的因素、判断人才培养质量高低的依据等角度对高等教育质量问题进行了讨论。
This paper mainly discusses the quality evaluation of higher education through analyzing the historical development of Chinese higher education, explaining the factors having effects on the quality of higher education as well as on the cultivation of talents.
