摘要
本文首先介绍国际上先进的、国内还空白的一个关键的事理学原理,即人脑认知机制的“非简单性”,然后回顾若干教育方法论与学习方法论的前沿成果,指出只有真正在教学过程中做到“以学习者为中心”才有可能实现对这些原理的应用。
Non-triviality is an important cybernetic concept that is helpful for understanding human cognitive processes as well as learning processes, and is also a key to understand the origin of human creativity. 4-dimentional system thinking indicates that in order to totally reform a complex system such as China's education system, efforts of chance must be implemented in all three basic dimensions of the complex system, i. e., structural, procedural, and cultural. The author pointed out that facilitation skills, while having been widely used in organizational development, can be used in the procedural dimension of reforming China's education system. Specifically, by introducing intensified training on facilitation skills for teachers, teachers would not only be able to deal with the non-triviality issue in student's learning process better, but also gain the capacity of fostering cooperative competency of their students. Six-one current facilitation methodologies are introduced to readers, with a highlight on WINTOP facilitation skills based on Technology of Participation.
