摘要
本文比较详细地探讨了我国转型期中央与地方高教权力博弈的六种方式及其主要特征。本文认为,转型期不同阶段我国中央与地方高教权力博弈的方式呈现不同的特征,具体是,在1978—1984年阶段以隐性权力博弈为主,1985—1992年阶段以灰色权力博弈为主,1993—1997年阶段以主动型权力博弈为主,而1998年之后则以混合型权力博弈为主,但显性权力博弈在我国高教领域出现的条件尚未成熟。
The thesis probed the particularities of six manners and their main features of power game between central and local government on Chinese higher education during the transforming stage (since 1978). It concluded that there were many characteristics presented on the power game manners of higher education between central and local governments in the different phases of transforming stage, i.e., the concealed power game in the first phase (1978-1984), the gray color power game in the second phase (1985-1992), the initiative power game in the third phase (1993-1997) and mixture power game in the fourth phase (since 1998), respectively, but the conditions for the apparent power game are still premature.
