摘要
新时期高职教师的角色定位首先要处理好“学”与“术”、“教”与“研”以及“理论”与“实践”这三方面的关系;其次要反思教师以知识作为教学根本、课堂以教师作为教学中心、学生以教师作为专业权威这三方面的问题;最后须确定新时期高职教师应承担生产要素的提供者、教育投资的服务者、学术理论的应用者、企业培训的承担者、课堂教学的设计与组织者、学生火炬的点燃者这六方面的角色。
To locate the roles of teachers in higher vocational education in the new era, the relations of the three aspects, i.e. "knowledge" and "technique", "teaching" and "research", "theory" and "practice", must be first dealt with. Secondly, the traditional "knowledge-based, teacher-centered and teacher-as-authority" practice should be reconsidered. Finally, six roles for teachers of higher vocational education in the new era should be defined; teachers as the production elements providers, servers of education investment, applicants of academic theories, undertakers of enterprise training, designers and organizers of classroom teaching and the inspiration for their students.
