A Primary Study on the Control Mechanism for the Credit of Real Estate Enterprises Based on Game Analysis

从房地产企业自身角度列举了房地产企业诚信缺失的主要表现,运用博弈论分析了房地产企业诚信他律的机理,提出从增大失信行为被发现的概率和加大失信行为的成本两方面建立房地产企业诚信他律机制的建议。

Credit is the basic demand for business ethic, and it is also the footstone for market economy. The main behaviors that real estate enterprises break their promises are enumerated from their own angle. Then the paper analyzes the control mechanism of credit of the real estate enterprises by the game theory, and puts forward the measures on constructing the credit control mechanism of real estate enterprises： （1） increasing the probability that the behavior of breaking a promise is discovered; （2） increasing the behavior cost of breaking a promise.
