摘要
根据国家城市交通管理畅通工程评价指标体系,建立了一套科学的运用于城市交通管理综合评价的数学模型,同时给出了同类同等级城市间的排序方法。运用此方法对2004年30个地、州、市、县进行了试算评价,同时对同类同等级城市间的排序也进行了分析。评价结果表明,该方法具有很好的适应性,能客观地反映城市交通管理水平状况。
In this paper, a set of scientific evaluation mathematical models which can be used in city traffic management is established according to the city unimpeded transportation evaluation index system, and the method is put forward to rank the cities which are at the same category and the same level. Then, the management levels of thirty regions, states, cities and counties of Gansu province have been evaluated with this method according to the data of 2004. At the same time, the ranks of the cities are also analyzed. Evaluation result shows that this method has very good adaptability and can reflect the level of city traffic management objectively.
