摘要
实现运输高速化是我国铁路发展的重要战略目标。针对我国目前正积极修建客运专线,并正在为修建高速铁路进行前期预研,因此,开展我国高速铁路噪声影响评价方法的研究十分必需。本文为此作了以下几方面工作:基于环境保护和声学分析,对高速铁路噪声影响中人群反应、人群烦扰度与噪声级的相关关系、噪声影响评价量、评价标准详细内容及其应用分别进行了探讨,作为一个应用实例,对泰国苏瓦纳布米机场连接线噪声进行了评价。最后,提出了对我国高速铁路噪声影响评价标准的借鉴意义。
An important strategical goal for developing railway in our country is to realize rapid transit. For many passenger lines on construction, much research work is preparing for high-speed rail projects in our country, and it has become necessary to carry out the research of noise impact assessment and prediction for the high-speed train. Based on this, the paper has made some studies on the following respects: on the analysis of environmental protection and the community response to high-speed train noise; on the dependency relation between community annoyance due to noise and noise level; the noise metrics and the noise impact criteria. As an example, the noise impact of Suvarnabhumi airport rail link is evaluated with this method. The method can be refered for our country's railway rapid transit system.
