摘要
社会制度的根本价值在于正义。考试制度的伦理公正可以分为三个层次:考试制度伦理目标公正、考试制度伦理结构公正和考试制度伦理基础公正。应以诚信考试和平等参与作为考试制度的伦理基础,同时加强考试制度设定和执行的公正性,实现考试制度伦理的合规律性与合目的性的统一,促进人的全面自由发展,从而达到考试制度伦理的正义目标。
The basic value of social system lies in justice. The ethical justice of examination system can be divided into three levels： ethical aim justic, ethical structure justic and ethical foundation justic. Honest examination and equal participation should be taken as the ethical foundation. Besides, the justice of the constituting and executing of examination system should be strengthened, achieving the unity of law and aim of examination system ethics.
