摘要
教师、教学环境、教学实践是双语教学所依赖的主要实施因素。有效的学前双语教学既需要掌握先进教育教学理念的教师与科学的教学方法,还需要积极的人文环境和物质环境。
Effective pre-school bilingual education calls for teachers acquainted with advanced pedagogical and teaching concepts,positive humanistic environment and favorable material conditions,and various activities that help improve children's cognitive and social abilities as well as their language skills.
