摘要 目的验证绿激光前列腺汽化(PVP)可以降低治疗前列腺癌导致的下尿路梗阻过程中前列腺癌细胞播散入血液循环的危险性。方法4例前列腺癌患者和22例良性前列腺增生患者,因患有下尿路梗阻接受PVP治疗,分别于术前和术后取静脉血,用反转录PCR技术探测患者血液中的前列腺特异抗原(PSA)mRNA,以间接探测术后血液中是否有来自前列腺的上皮细胞。结果PVP治疗前列腺癌导致的下尿路梗阻过程中由于前列腺血管得到较好封闭,没有前列腺上皮细胞进入血液循环。结论应用PVP治疗前列腺癌不会导致前列腺癌细胞进入血液循环。 Objective To find out whether the photoselective laser vaporisation of the prostate (PVP) decreases the risk of spreading prostate cancer cells into the circulation of the prostate cancer patients during the procedure. Methods 26 patients, including 4 with prostate cancer and 22 with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) who were undergoing the PVP to treat the lower urethral obstruction symptoms, had blood samples taken before and after the procedure. A reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was employed to detect the prostate specific antigen (PSA) mRNA in patient's blood samples to detec.t indirectly the spread of prostate epithelium into the circulation. Results The prostate blood vessels have been well sealed during the PVP procedure and no prostate epithelium has spread into the circulation. Conclusion This study has proved that using PVP in the treatment of prostate cancer caused lower urinary tract obstruct reduces the risk of disseminating of prostate cancer cells into the circulation.
