摘要
国际刑事法院的正式运作依赖于国际刑事法院与国家、国际组织相互之间的刑事合作和司法协助。国际刑事法院刑事合作应当遵循尊重国家主权、保障人权、适用《罗马规约》原则。这些原则构成国际刑事法院刑事合作规范体系的核心。
The formal functioning of the International Criminal Court （ ICC ） bases on the criminal cooperation and judicial assistance between the ICC and states or international organization. The ICC should follow the basic principles, such as the principle of respecting the state sovereignty, the principle of protecting the human rights, and the principle of applying of Rome Statute. These principles constitute the core of the system of the criminal cooperation of the ICC.
