摘要
采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法对富硒麦芽中硒的含量进行了分析。讨论并确定了实验的最佳测定条件。结果表明,硒的检出限(σ=3)为0.167μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.203%,回收率为94.1%~101.6%。方法简便、快速、准确。
The content of selenium in seleuium-enriched malt was determined by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS). The optimum conditions for the determination on selenium were also briefly discussed .The detection limit, the recoveries of the method and RSD were 0,167μg/L, 94.1%~101.6% and 1.203%, respectively. The method showed to be convenient, quick and accurate.
