摘要 白藜芦醇是一种具有重要生理活性的多酚类物质,是多种植物体中的主要功效成分,可以广泛用于食品、保健品、医药等领域。白藜芦醇的制备、开发引起国内外食品、医药等领域的关注,对它的合成研究十分活跃,本文综述了白藜芦醇的合成研究进展。 Resveratrol, a polyphenofic compound, which can be widely used in food, cosmetiC, pharmacy, etc. is an important bioactive material and it is one of main functional component in many plants. Study on its chemical synthesis and biosynthesis had been introduced in this article.
