摘要
采用土培试验,设不施磷(P1)和施磷(P2)2个处理,研究10个芝麻品种施磷效应。结果表明:芝麻有效蒴果数、籽粒产量及磷积累量,供试品种间差异很大,其中,P1处理上述指标的变异高于P2处理。施用磷肥对芝麻的平均有效蒴果数、平均籽粒产量和平均磷素积累量均有增加作用,与P1相比,P2上述指标分别是前者的1.38,1.70和2.13倍。不同芝麻品种施磷的效应不同,增施相同数量的磷肥,芝麻有效蒴果、籽粒产量和磷积累数量增加量品种间变化范围分别是1.8-60.3个/株,0.1-14.4 g/株和72.4-315.9 mg/株,最高值分别是最低值的33.5,144和4.36倍。
Soil pot experiment with two P levels (P: no P2O5 supplement, P2: 0. 15 g P2O5 supplement per kilogram air--dried soil) was used to study the effects of phosphorous fertilizer application on 10 sesame cultivars. The results showed that there were significant variances among ses ame cultivars in available capsule number, seed yield and P accumulation, and the variance of P1 treatment was higher than that of P2 treatment. Compared with those in P1 treatment, the average available capsule number, average seed yield and average P accumulation in P2 treatment were 1.38, 1.70 and 2.13 times, and among the tested sesame cultivars, the increment ranges were 1.8-60.3 number/plant, 0.1-14.4 g/plant and 72.4-315.9 mg/plant, respectively, for available capsule number, seed yield or for P accumulation.
