摘要
分别以淡黄花百合的鳞片、叶片、叶柄为外植体,“一步法”获得丛生小鳞茎及其再生植株,建立了淡黄花百合的快速无性繁殖体系。结果表明:鳞片为最佳外植体,MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.3 mg/L为小鳞茎最佳诱导培养基,诱导率最高达到95.0%,平均小鳞茎增殖系数最高可达8.6;叶片、叶柄最佳小鳞茎诱导培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L。
An efficient in vitro plant regeneration system and clonal propagation via bulb scals, leaf segments, petiole of Lilium sulphureum Baker was established. The highest bulblet induction (95 %) was achieved from bulb scales cultured on MS medium containing 2. 0mg/L 6-BA and 0. 3mg/L NAA, with an average of 8.6 shoots per explant; The best medium for bulblet induction of leaf segments, petiole was MS medium containing 2.0 mg/L 6-BA and 0.5 mg/L NAA.
