二号熔剂(钡熔剂)样品的分析方法

摘要 二号熔剂由光卤石和氯化镁加入少量的氯化钡灼烧而成,水溶后其中的Ba(2+)严重干扰Ca(2+)和Mg(2+)的测定,因此Ba(2+)必须分离。在样品中加入2mol/L的硫酸使Ba(2+)生成BaSO4沉淀,经过滤分离便可快捷、准确地测定Ca(2+)、Mg(2+)等各项成分。 The incandesce mixture of carnallite and magnesium chloride,and a little volum of barium chloride consitutes the second flux. As it dissolved by water, Ba(2+) seriously disturbed the measurment of Ca(2+) and Mg(2+). So it is necessary to separat Ba2+ from the solution before measuring Sulfuric acid (2mol/L) is added in the sample to change Ba2+ into BaSO4 precipitation . After separating Ba(2+) from solution by filtering,the separated solution is used to measure ion concentrations such as Ca(2+) Mg(2+) quickly and accurately.
