摘要
通过分析探讨聚苯乙烯气化分解过程中碳生成的机理,认为聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料若能大部分以液态形式排出涂料层以外,则可有效地减少铸件的碳缺陷。因此,提出了涂料对聚苯乙烯液态产物的润湿性的概念,通过试验验证了这种设想的正确性。
It was believed that the carbon defects in the castings can be effectively eliminated if the major polystyrene foam pattern is exhausted in ways of liquid type by analyzing the formation mechanism of carbon defects during the decomposition of polystyrene.The wettability of coating for liquid decomposition product of the polystyrene has been given,which was validated by the experimental results.
