摘要
以中低温煤焦油为原料进行恩氏蒸馏得到<280℃的馏分油,并对其进行性质分析和酚抽提。在酚抽提时,通过正交设计实验讨论了反应温度、碱液浓度、酸液浓度对收率的影响,从而确定了酚抽提的最佳工艺条件:在反应温度60℃,NaOH质量分数20%,H2SO4质量分数60%的条件下,反应10min,酚收率可达35.2%。最后对粗酚进行了精制,得到了符合工业质量指标的产品。
Phenolic compounds, one of the basic materials of organic chemical industry, are used widely such as producing synthetic fibre, engineering plastics, pesticides, medicines, preservative, explosives, etc. The fraction below 280℃ was extracted from medium and low temperature coal tar oil in the Engler distillation test. The property of the fraction was analyzed. In the process of the extraction the influence of temperature, alkaline and acid density on the phenol yield was examined in the orthogonal test. The optimum technological conditions were determined as following: temperature is 60℃, mass ratio of NaOH and H2SO4 is 20% and 60%, respectively, and the reaction time is 20 min. Under such conditions the phenol yield was 35.2% and ideal products were obtained by refining crude phenol.
