摘要
精密仪器操作相对复杂,使用不当容易造成设备灵敏度降低甚至损坏。采用LabVIEW可以轻松组建精密仪器测控系统并在PC机上构造自己的仪器界面。利用LabVIEW在精密仪器测量中的优势,以Agilent公司的高精度数字万用表HP34401A为例对程控精密仪器测试系统的设计方法进行了研究,给出了一个红外光敏传感器温漂测试的实例。测试表明,利用LabVIEW组建的精密仪器测控系统可以简化操作步骤,有效避免误操作,确保仪器的测量精度。
Because the operation of precision instruments is complex, it is easy to damage instruments or reduce their sensitivity if operations are improper. With LabVIEW,we can easily build the measure and control system of precision instrument and design the instrument's interface in personal computer. Taking the advantage of LabVIEW in the measure of precision instruments,the method to program control the precision instrument is researched with the example of Agilent high-precision digital multimeter HP34401A. A practical example of temperature stability's test in infrared sensor is given. The test shows that the program controlled system can simplify operation steps,avoid misoperation and ensure the measure precision.
