摘要
在分析建立面向电子政务需求的数据挖掘系统必要性的基础上,从数据来源、数据结构和服务对象等方面探讨了系统的特点及设计要求;与数据挖掘流程结合,构建了一个面向电子政务数据挖掘系统的框架体系,系统主要具有数据管理、数据预处理、数据挖掘、用户界面等几大功能模块;最后分析了传统的C/S两层软件体系结构的缺点,提出了一个基于多层体系结构的系统实现方案。
Oriented to the requirements of E-government, the necessity of developing the data mining (DM) system for E-government is proposed, and those characteristics of the DMS for E-government are analyzed fi'om different aspects. Based on the analysis, requirement analysis is conducted. Then the structure of data mining system for E-government is established according to the main flow of general DM, and the system has such functions as data management, preprocessing, data mining and so on. Finally, the defects of traditional double-tier architecture for software are pointed out and an implementation scheme based on multi-tier architecture is researched further.
