随着中国经济的快速增长,区域间的经济差距问题日益严重,形成这一差距的主要原因在于区域间的制度差异。而制度差异目前主要反映在所有制结构、市场化程度和对外开放程度等方面。形成这些差异的主要原因在于中央政府针对各地区的不同政策措施。同时,各地区不同的诱致性制度变迁行为,及非正式制度差异也是不可忽略的因素。为减少制度差异应当加快所有制结构调整,推动市场化进程,改变原有的阻碍经济发展的意识形态。

With the rapidly growth of China economic,the problem of regional economic disparities become more serious than before.The main cause of these disparities is that institutional differences between regions.These institutional differences include structure of ownership,extent of marketing and openness.The main reason that bring about the differences is that central government distinguish policies to regions.At the same time,different induced institutional change and non-formal institution is also important.To reduce the differences,we should adjust system of ownership,promote process of marketing and change ideology that block development of economic.Finally it finds some methods to reduce difference.
