摘要
目的了解高中生应对方式的特征,为培养其积极应对方式、开展心理健康教育提供依据。方法采用简易应对方式量表(SCSQ)对755名高中生进行问卷调查。结果(1)高中生与全国常模相比在积极应对和消极应对两个维度上均差异显著;(2)高中生在积极应对和消极应对两个维度上不存在性别、是否独生子女、城乡等差异,但文、理科学生在消极应对维度上存在差异,文科的均分高于理科;(3)高中生在积极应对和消极应对两个维度上存在年级差异。结论根据不同年级特点,加强高中学生心理健康教育,培养积极应对方式。
Objective To obtain the coping styles of senior high students and to provide evidence for mental health education. Methods 1.Simplified coping style questionnaire (SCSQ) was adopted to test 755 senior high students. Results Compared with the national standard, there exists great difference in positive and negative coping among senior students.2.There exist a great differences in sex, whether or not they are of the only-child family, and from town or countryside. But there are differences in negative coping among those of arts and science, with those of arts slightly higher. 3. There exist differences in positive and negative coping among senior students in different grades. Conclusion Based on the features of different grades, mental health education for senior students must be strengthened and positive coping styles must be developed.
