摘要
目的:探讨间歇性低氧训练对小鼠心肌、骨骼肌中LDH含量的影响。方法:利用间歇性低氧和运动相结合的方法对小鼠进行间歇性低氧训练,测试LDH的活性。结果:心肌中,运动低氧组中LDH1含量最高;骨骼肌中,运动低氧组中LDH5含量最高。结论:间歇性低氧训练后,心肌中LDH1和股四头肌LDH5活性都有升高,既反映了糖酵解能力的提高,同时高氧化部位有更多的氧化基质,产生更多能量。IHT提高了糖酵解能力和消除乳酸的能力。
Objective:The paper deals with the influence of the IHT to the LDH of the content in the myocardium and the muscle skeletal.Methods: The content of the LDH in the myocardium and the muscle skeletal was tested after IHT. Results: The content of the LDH1 in the myocardium and the LDH5 in the muscle skeletal were the highest. Conclusions: IHT can improve the anaerobic metabolism capacity and the aerobic metabolism power at the same time.
