后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术

Retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy

目的：探讨后腹腔镜切除肾上腺肿瘤手术的应用价值及腹膜后腔建立方法的改进。方法：回顾性分析我院2003年10月～2006年3月采用后腹腔镜手术治疗102例肾上腺肿瘤患者的临床资料，其中肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤切除29例，原醛症肾上腺腺瘤切除或肾上腺切除52例，皮质醇症肾上腺腺瘤切除21例。结果：102例全部手术成功。手术时间60～130min，平均90min；建立腹腔后间隙时间3～7min，平均4min；术中平均失血量80ml。术后平均住院5天。结论：后腹腔镜手术安全，对患者创伤小，术后肠道功能恢复快，伤121愈合早。新的后腹腔间隙建立方法有效、快捷、方便，值得推广。

Objective： To discuss the application of Retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy and improvement of the method which used to make a space in Retroperitoneum. Methods：Clinical data of 102 patients who received retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy from October 2003 to March 2006 were reviewed retrospectively. The primary disorders include 29 cases pheochromocytomia, 52 cases primary aldosteronism,21 cases cushing disease. Results ： All the operations were successful, with average operation time 90 mintutes.average blood loss volume is 80ml ,the average recovery time after operation was 5 days. Conclusions：Retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy is safe and do the minimal harm to patient.
