FLAG方案治疗难治和复发性急性白血病疗效观察

The efficacy of FLAG regime in refractory and relapse leukemia

目的:观察氟达拉滨(Flud)、阿糖胞苷(Ara-C)及粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)(FLAG)方案治疗难治、复发性急性白血病(AL)的疗效及不良反应。方法:采用FLAG方案(Flud 50 mg／d,第1～5天,30 min内静脉滴注完毕;Ara-C 2 g／d,第1～5天,滴完Flud 4 h后开始静脉滴注;G-CSF 300μg／d,皮下注射,第0天开始直至白细胞数>1×109／L)治疗8例难治、复发性AL。结果:8例中有4例完全缓解(CR),4例未缓解(NR);中性粒细胞最低时间在用药后4～12 d,持续12～25 d,血小板最低时间在用药后3～10 d,持续14～35 d。结论: FLAG方案治疗难治、复发性AL有较好疗效,为患者进行造血干细胞移植赢得了时机。

Objective：To investigate the efficacy of FLAG regime in refractory and relapse leukemia. Method： FLAG regime was used to treat 8 cases of refractory and relapse leukemia. Result： Of the 8 cases, 4 showed response to therapy and got complete remission; Neutropenia began at the time of 4- 12 days after the regimen initiating and lasted 12-25 days, thrombocytopenia began at 3- 10 days and lasted 14- 35 days. Conclusion.. FLAG regime show obvious efficacy for refractory and relapse leukemia and gain chance for hematopoietic stern cell transplantation.
