摘要
针对装备研制阶段维修性分配工具在使用过程中的数据互用性差、工作效率低的问题,分析了并行设计环境下维修性分配活动相关信息的逻辑分类,提出了维修性分配工具与产品数据管理(PDM)系统的通用集成方案,实现了维修性分配信息的获取、处理和传递,并选取Teamcenter系统和MAP2.0维修性分配工具完成了系统集成的实例验证,并对数据接口的设计实现和关键技术进行了探讨。
Aimed at the problems in the process of using maintainability allocation tools during design phase, such as bad data interoperability and low efficiency, a logical classification of information about maintainability allocation activity in concurrence design environment is analyzed, and then a common integration solution between maintainability allocation tools and PDM systems is put forward, which realized the acquirement, the processing and the delivery of maintainability allocation information. A system integration instance is given between a typical PDM system-teamcenter system, and a typical maintainability allocation Tool-MAP2.0, verifying the solution. The data interface frame and some key technologies are discussed.
