摘要
提出和实现了切削过程远程监测的3种方法,并介绍了切削过程数据采集系统。现场监测参量为切削力和切削温度,软件平台为LabVIEW。利用其中的远程面板访问技术,基于互联网直接监测位于远端服务器上的切削数据采集Ⅵ面板。利用LabVNC实现远程面板控制的方法较为有效。
Three methods of remote monitoring in cutting process are put forward and realized. The data acquisition system in cutting process is introduced. The on-site monitoring parameters are cutting force and cutting temperature. The software platform is labVIEW. By using the remote panel visit technology, the cutting data acquisition Ⅵ panel on the far-end server can be directly monitored by Internet. The remote panel control method with LabVNC is more effective.
