高等教育成本效益综合评价指标体系之构建研究

Research on comprehensive assessment to indicators system of cost and effectiveness (CAISCE) in higher education

通过对教育指标的归纳和分析,界定其内涵和外延,以此确定高等教育成本效益的统计口径,继而延伸出若干统计分析指标,以求构建一套较为科学的高等教育成本效益综合评价指标体系,为高等教育成本和效益的评价分析提供研究依据。

The CAISCE of higher education is an important method of making the investment in higher education, evaluating the effectiveness of the investment. The design of it is very complex, relating to economy, education, statistics, etc. Through researching the costs and effectiveness of higher education, this paper analyzes its connotation and extension of costs and effectiveness, makes certain the statistical indicators of costs and effectiveness in higher education. Then, through antitheses, correlation, it sets up the comprehensive assessment indicators system of cost and effectiveness of the higher education.
