摘要
介绍了某进口330 MW汽轮发电机自1997年以来发生的5次油膜振荡故障的处理过程,分析了发电机产生16 Hz低频振动的机理。分析认为,该机组油膜振荡的主要原因是发电机轴瓦间隙超差和轴瓦轻载。
The treatment process of the five times oil-whip malfunction of an import 330 MW steam turbine generator since 1997 is introduced. The mechanism of the generator to produce 16Hz low frequency vibration is analyzed. It is considered that the main causes of the oil-whip of this unit is the overproof gap between the bearing shells and the light load of them.
