摘要
分析了能力管理在现代企业管理中的重要意义,提出能力管理体系的设想,从能力管理体系模型、能力模型的建模、能力梯级的细分、评价指标的确定等方面进行了详细阐述,提出了新的理念,对电力企业人力资源管理工作具有参考价值。
The importance of capability management in modern enterprise management has been analyzed and an assumption of establishing the management system has been put forward. The assumption is expounded in details from several aspects, like capability management system model, establishment of the capability model, subdivision of capability cascade, and the evaluating index. New ideas have been suggested, having reference value for human resource management.
