冷战结束后,世界向多极化方向发展、中印实行以市场经济为导向的改革、中印关系被提升到战略合作伙伴关系层次。中印关系体现为大国关系、邻国关系、发展中国家关系等特点并被赋予新的内涵。中印关系的三个关键问题是西藏问题、边界问题、经贸关系问题。

After the Cold War, the world＇s trend is multi-polar, market-oriented reforms are taking place in China and India, Sino-Indian relations are lifted to the strategic cooperation partnership. The general characteristics of the Sino-Indian relations are that they gather the relations of great powers, of neighbors, and of developing countries, what＇s more, they are entrusted new connotations. The three key problems of Sino-Indian relations are the problem of Tibet, of their border, and of their trade relations.
