摘要
研究软锰矿浆脱硫反应体系特性对提高脱硫率有重要意义。实验采用软锰矿和细菌催化氧化脱除烟气中的二氧化硫。实验结果表明软锰矿及其它共存组分对脱硫效果有影响。通过对软锰矿与铁、锰氧化细菌体系的研究,发现低浓度软锰矿浆催化吸收二氧化硫时,随着反应的进行,脱硫效率会显著降低。通过向软锰矿浆中加入细菌,利用细菌的作用,能恢复体系中的Fe,Mn离子催化SO2的活性,实现催化剂再生循环,保持较高的脱硫率。
It is important to study the character of this Flue Gas Desulphurization(FAD) with pyrolusite pulp system. We should use pyrolusite pulp and bacterial to desulphurize. The result of the experiment shows that Fe^3+ ,Mn^2+ dissolved slurry cn accelerate SO2 oxidation, while other composition can accelerate SO2 oxidation too. For the desulphurization system of pyrolusite combine with Thiohocillus ferrooxidans,it shows that catalysis oxidation of SO2 by low concentration pyrolusite slurry, with the reaction time increased, the desulphurization efficiency will be depressed notably. If adding bacteria to renew iron and manganese iron's activities, to catalyer's rebirth, and to keep higher desulphurization efficiency has been proposed.
