摘要
通过2-氨基-5-巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑与芳酰基异硫氰酸酯反应,合成了12种新的芳酰基硫脲,其结构用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和元素分析进行了表征,初步的生物活性测定试验表明:部分目标化合物具有良好的植物生长调节活性,其中2c、2d和2h的生长素活性更优.
Twelve new aroyl thioureas have been synthesized by the reaction of 2-amino- 5-mercapto-1,3,4-thiodiazole with aroyl isothiocyanates, their structures were characterized by IR, 1HNMR and elemental analysis. The preliminary biological activity tests showed that some target compounds have a good activity as plant growth regulator, and 2c, 2d, 2h have more excellent auxin activity.
