摘要
用多菌灵50%+福美双50%和三唑酮6.25%+乙蒜素93.75%,各配制成10种不同浓度的溶液,分别对九重葛、鹅掌柴和变叶木3种植物的插穗浸泡处理3h后扦插.结果表明:九重葛插穗用多菌灵50%+福美双50%浸泡,插穗成活率可达到100%,比对照提高40%,最佳处理溶液浓度为541.5mg/L;而鹅掌柴和变叶木插穗用三唑酮6.25%+乙蒜素93.75%浸泡,插穗成活率可分别达到100%和80%,比对照分别提高46.67%和60%,最佳处理溶液浓度分别为267.41mg/L和293mg/L.
Three kind softwood cuttings of Bougainvillea spectabilis Willd, Schefflera octophylla and Codiaeurn variegaturn var. picture were treat for 3h with solution one (Carbendazim 50% + Thiram 50 % ) and two (Triadimefon 6.25 %+ Ethylicin 93.75% ). The results were that the survival rates of softwood cuttings amount to 100 percent and 40 percent higher than control groups for B. spectabilis Willd treat with the solution one,and the optimal treatment concentration was 541.5 mg/L. The survival rates were 100 percent and 80 percent for cuttages of S. octophylla and C. variegatum var. picture treat with solution two, 46. 67 and 60 percent survival rates were improved than the control groups, the optimal treatment concentrations for S. octophylla and C. variegaturn var. picture were 267.41 mg/L and 293 mg/L respectively.
