摘要
和谐社会是一个道德化的社会,是一个以人的全面发展为中心的社会。当前,我国人口发展面临系列道德困境,与构建社会主义和谐社会不相适应。要在全社会普及和谐人口理念,坚持以人为本,优先投资于人的全面发展,以促进人口伦理建设。
Harmonious society is a moral social. It is a comprehensive development d man--centred society. At present, China＇s population development is faced with series moral dilemma, which a socialist harmonious society doesn＇t need. We should popularize the concept of harmonious population. We must insist people-oriented and the priority investment in the comprehensive development of man in order to promote population ethical construction.
