摘要 本文介绍了液态挤压工艺,并着重探讨了液态挤压对ZnA113Cu2合金组织和性能的影响。经液态挤压后,该合金的各项性能指标及耐磨性均有较大提高;组织属明显纤维状;断口由脆性转变为韧性,说明液态挤压是一种有发展前途的工艺方法。 In this paper, the liquid extrusion technology had been introduced, and the effect of liquid extrusion on the properties and metallographs of ZnAl13Cu2 alloy had been mainly approached. Through liquid extrusion, the properties and wear resistance of the alloy had been improved a lot, the metalloyraphs were obviously fibriform, and the fractographs were changed into toughness from brittleness. All of these illustrated that the liquid extrusion technology were to be a very useful for practical production.
