制度的建立与发展以经济实践的发展为基础,而经济的发展又需要稳定持续的秩序为保障。新制度经济学派只从制度本身去理解制度,犹如手持长矛的堂吉诃德乱冲乱撞,而可怕的是中国经济学界的桑丘式人物更多。因此有必要遵循马克思的思路进行再研究,还制度的根源基础于物质的生产生活关系,还制度为解放和发展生产力、为推动社会全面进步服务的主导能动作用。

The establishment and development of institutions are based on economic growth which needs the guarantee of stable social order. The economists of new institutional economics understand institutions from institutions themselves, just as Don Quixode devoted to imagined adventures blindly. It is necessary to follow Marxist perspective in research, and realize that institutions, rooting in material productive relationship, have guiding and active function in liberating and developing productivity and promoting social progress.
