表面活性物质治疗急性肺损伤的研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 急性肺损伤(ALI)是由感染、误吸、挫伤、休克等各种肺内外原因引起的一种急发症,病情进展可发生急性呼吸窘迫综合症(ARDS)。ARDS是Au的延续和严重阶段,其发病率和病死率均很高。现代医学认为,ALI是由各种原因产生肺呼吸膜弥漫性损伤导致气体交换障碍而引起的综合症,临床上主要表现为进行性氧分压下降和难以纠正的低氧血症。ALI时,肺泡上皮细胞受损,使内源性肺泡表面活性物质(PS)合成数量下降,功能降低,而内源性PS结构功能的失常反过来又可进一步加重肺功能损害,形成恶性循环。使用外源性PS,可以弥补ALI时内源性PS的数量减少和功能降低而达到治疗ALI的目的。本研究对近几年外源性PS治疗ALI的相关研究进行整理,综述如下。
